I HAVE RECEIVED MY ACTIVATION LETTER WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

After receiving your activation letter:
•    Call Spectrum at 855-326-5115 on activation day or after NOT BEFORE. Follow the prompts carefully Choose ACTIVATION

FOR TENANTS
If you haven't already please contact your landlord for instruction on how to set up the Bulk Service Plan payment of $57.87 to APV
  •  As the tenant, you must call Spectrum at 855-326-5115 . Your landlord cannot call for you.
  • Give them your address and they will pull up your account.
  • Set up for equipment delivery. Your delivery will arrive in approximately 48 hours complete with easy to follow instructions for self-install.
  • You will also be asked if you would like to schedule a professional to install.
    • Remember the cost ($49.99) will be the tenant’s obligation.
  • In addition, at this time you will be offered enhanced programing, extra equipment etc.  
    • Again, anything that you order above the bulk package will be billed separately to you from Spectrum.
  • The account you are setting up will be in your name and will be your responsibility to pay, any bill you receive from Spectrum. Any equipment that is delivered to your home will also be your responsibility and will be in your name.  

FOR HOMEOWNERS LIVING IN THE HOME THEY ARE ACTIVATING
•    On your activation day your Spectrum Bulk Account payment($57.87) will be due and needs be paid to APV. (you are allowed a 15-day grace period) ***See how I can pay in the Frequently Asked Questions document.*** This payment pays for your NEXT months service. i.e. If you activate in August when you pay your bill to APV it will be for your September cable services
•    You must call Spectrum 855-326-5115 on activation day or after NOT BEFORE. Follow the prompts carefully Choose ACTIVATION. Give them your address and they will pull up your account.
  • Set up for equipment delivery. Your delivery will arrive in approximately 48 hours complete with easy to follow instructions for self-install.
  • You will also be asked if you would like the option to schedule a  professional install.
    • Remember the cost ($49.99)  will be billed, in addition to any enhanced features or equipment you may order, to you from Spectrum and in turn  pay directly to Spectrum .
  • The only payment that APV will accept is $57.87 which pays for your Bulk Services.
 
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A SPECTRUM CUSTOMER
Whether you are a homeowner and setting up services for yourself or a tenant, on activation day your account will automatically change to the Bulk Service Plan. If you have enhanced services, above what is offered in the bulk services at the top of this page, you will see your spectrum bill reduced by $57.87.
Please call Spectrum 855-326-5115 AFTER activation date to advise them if you wish to keep enhanced services/equipment, or if you want to release them at that point. From that point forward your Spectrum bill will only have enhanced services listed. Or if you only keep what is in the Bulk Service Package you will no longer receive a bill from Spectrum.  
During this phone call you may also request any equipment that is offered in the Bulk Service Plan that you do not currently have.
Be sure that Spectrum provides you with all equipment to make your new bulk service whole.

PLEASE NOTE: THE 855-326-5115 Spectrum call number is open 24/7, calling during off peak hours will reduce your wait time. 
After you have been activated the only phone calls regarding the Bulk Services to APV will be for accounting inquiries.
Letter for proof and notification of Bulk Contract
This letter is to possibly assist you with early termination fees associated with cable/internet services contracts. Whether it waives you from these fees is completely up to your contracted provider and in no way a guarantee that you will not be charged.
