The Association of Poinciana Villages' Community Center was built in 2015 as part of the first big expansion in Poinciana amenities since the construction of the Tony DePalma Community Center in 1992.

 

As part of the project to build a community pool, FirstService Residential presented to the Board of Directors the creation of a new Activity Campus which included this beautiful community center that fronts our community pool. Included in the community center are several meeting rooms, a grand ballroom, the concession stand, a bridal room and a screened room for small birthday parties.
