About The Event
ServSafe® is a nationally recognized certification appropriate for foodservice managers and owners of food-based businesses. The class includes a review of the latest ServSafe® Food Manager book and the 2-hour exam. Upon successfully passing the exam, the certification is valid for 5 years. Pre-registration is required by calling the University of Florida Food Safety and Quality Program at (888) 232-8723. It is recommended to register 3-4 weeks ahead to receive the book and review the material before coming to the class.
