The Anthony DePalma Event Center was built in 1992 and was the Association of Poinciana Villages' first free standing community building. The walls of this building hold much of the history that is Poinciana.

Up until 2015, this building held  Board of Directors meetings, teen dances, Halloween parties, breakfasts with Santa, and anything else the community came together for.

In 2018, The Anthony DePalma building received a much needed renovation. The building received interior and exterior updates like: fresh paint, flooring, lighting, remodeled restrooms and a beautiful open entryway that leads into the ballroom.

The room has the capacity for 250 people. This is the perfect  setting for any celebration or meeting space and is available for rent.

The showpiece for this building is seen as soon as you walk through the front doors. A giant chandelier regally hanging in the center. This beautiful piece was donated to the  Association by the Poinciana Ladies Club.
