The Association of Poinciana Villages
Was established in 1972 by the developer of Poinciana, Avatar and is the largest Homeowners Association in the State of Florida and 2nd largest in the United States. Poinciana encompasses both Osceola and Polk Counties, and is 47,000 acres in size. Poinciana serves more than 100,000 residents 27,000 of which are homeowners. Poinciana prides itself on being one of the most diverse community in Central Florida.
The Association of Poinciana Villages maintains its core vision of continuing to be one of the best place in all of Central Florida to live and raise a family.
